Homework from Workshop today

As promised here is the homework from today’s workshop – this will also be made available on the blog (http://gcsusencerflc.wordpress.com/)

•Join the blog:
–Use the email invitation you received today to create a wordpress login. When you log in the blog should be in your blog list. –You do NOT need your own blog
•Use what we did today to identify (3) civic issues or community projects you could use as the nexus for your course.
•Try to tie these issues to a course you are currently teaching or plan to teach.
•Post your three ideas to the blog within one week (28 Sep 09). Include a brief introduction of yourself. •Read everyone’s post and comment on them.
•Use the blog as a forum for identifying a partner (optional).
