Homework from Feb Workshop

1. Using the course for your last homework (one selected from Sencer website), Map their assessment techniques and goals to the active learning activities that they described. (e.g. Goal X was taught using activity Y and was assessed using a group interview.)

2. Now using YOUR course, develop assessment strategies for your own goals and match them using the matrix provided on this blog. Also, link these goals/assessments to the active learning strategies that you came up with for YOUR course.

3. Post # 1 and # 2 to the blog before our next meeting. You may want to post a written summary of the matrix, since posting the matrix might be tricky.

4. Gather and organize all of your activities, goals, and assessment strategies so that you are ready to discuss them with a mentor at the next meeting.

**NEXT meeting: Each participant will have a one-on-one meeting to review your course plan, activities and course goals with a mentor. Location: Chappell 113
Date/Time: 15 Mar 10 @ 12:30

All meeting dates and locations are available here: http://gcsusencerflc.wordpress.com/schedule/
