Ever wonder whatever happened to the ozone hole? Find out this FRIDAY AT 2:30 PM!

Student scientists travel back in time (1987) to convince others to pass global legislation

Dear Colleague:

Are you interested in stimulating discussion about ozone depletion with student scientists that have travelled back in time (1987) to attempt to convince the general public that global legislation is urgent?

If so, we invite you and/or your students to interact and evaluate student projects in Chemistry & Climate: Critical Thinking (GC1Y course) between 2:30-4:30 PM on Friday, October 26, 2012 at Herty Studio Lab (Herty 354).

These project reports will be the second of three course assessments where students will communicate issues of science to a general audience.

We look forward to you joining us for a refreshing afternoon of learning!

Catrena Lisse, Julia Metzker and Rosalie Richards
