SENCER Washington Symposium and Capitol Hill Poster Session.

Are you interested in presenting your IC-bG work at the SENCER Capitol Hill Poster Session? I have taken students in the past and it was a very rewarding experience.
=============
We hope this message finds you well! We invite you to network with colleagues and support STEM education reform at the 2013 Washington Symposium and Capitol Hill Poster Session. The Symposium will be held in Washington, D.C. on March 10-12, 2013. More information about the Symposium is available at http://www.sencer.net/Symposia/dcsymposium2013.cfm.

We hope you will exhibit a poster about the local impacts of your past or current SENCER work and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for you to share your work with your SENCER colleagues and the higher education community. Until January 28, 2013, you can submit an individual or team application to present a poster at http://www.sencer.net/Symposia/dcsymposium2013.cfm.

From the applications, we will select individuals and teams to discuss their work during Symposium sessions. We will let you know if you have been selected to present a poster or session by February 1, 2013. We will host a private meeting for all Fellows in attendance to discuss the program moving forward.

A registration fee of $200 will cover meals and Symposium materials for each presenter. Further information about payment will be sent to presenters prior to the Symposium.

During the Symposium, poster presenters may meet with their congressional representatives. SENCER staff will be happy to arrange a meeting for you. Please indicate your interest in this unique opportunity on your application.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Thank you.

Best,
Katie
