Governor’s Teaching Fellows Program

Colleagues and friends,
I HIGHLY recommend the Governor’s Teaching Fellows Program. Please consider applying! I’d be happy to offer letters of support.

Attached is a flyer announcing the Governor’s Teaching Fellows program, 2015 Summer Symposium and the Academic Year Program 2015-16. Please note that all candidate letters of support and application materials must be received no later than February 6, 2015 for the Summer Symposium and April 17, 2015 for the Academic Year Program. Applicants will receive email confirmation when their materials are received.

As a Vice President for Academic Affairs, you are the very best source of recruitment for the program. So if there are faculty members at your institution who you think would be interested in such an opportunity, please forward this email to them. Detailed information on eligibility, the nomination process, and the criteria for participation can be found on the GTF website (mjt, or call the Institute of Higher Education at (706) 542-3464. Similar to last year, this program is contingent upon available funding.
